Our Care Team

Chessel Support Services has staffing levels sufficient to ensure a high quality of service and correct and positive management of risk.

The care staff team is made up of highly motivated individuals, all of whom are studying for or have achieved a Health and Social Care Level 3 diploma, with an awareness of managing people who challenge services.

All staff take part in an on-going training programme that includes mandatory training as well as a variety of additional specialist training.
